• Enjoy a full day Ghanaian cultural Immersion.
• Visit a Ghanaian home where you will be immersed and thought by your host how to prepare a number of Ghanaian tradition dishes, from Jollof rice (rice cooked in red tomatoes sauce), Red Red (Beans Stew with fried plantains) and among others.
• Learn the traditional Batik making using traditional Adinkra symbols and some fun traditional Ghanaian songs and games.
• Meet dressmakers for your custom outfit or arrange with a hair stylist to get your hair braided.
• Evening free on your own to enjoy night life and attend a Detty December event

• • On this day we go on a city tour of Accra as you Immerse yourself in the cosmopolitan flavors of Ghana’s Capital City. Experience a blend of the old and the new as you visit the iconic, the old, and the off-the-beaten track! Activites include a visit the WEB Du Bois Centre, drive through Jamestown Old Accra, a visit to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, Drumming lessons and shopping expereince at the Arts and Crafts Market where you get to pick out fabrics for your custom made dress. Photo stop at the Black Star Square.
  • Enjoy lunch at an Afrocentric restaurant.
  • In the evening prepare yourself for the opening night of the much anticipated AfroFuture event (AfroFuture Ticket not included ticket cost to be advised)

• This journey takes you to the horrors of the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade in the Central Region of Ghana. Depart early morning from your hotel for this journey where you get to walk the path of our ancestors at Assin Manso Slave River site where they took their “Last Bath” and stand within the walls of Cape Coast Castle, where you’ll walk through the haunting dungeons and the Door of No Return, uncovering the deep history of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. Feel the weight of history, honor their resilience, and let their strength inspire us to rise.
• End the day with a Traditional Ghanaian Naming Ceremony, where you’ll receive an authentic Ghanaian name in a beautiful celebration filled with music, blessings, and cultural connection.
• Return to Accra by evening
• Rest of evening free to explore nightlife in Accra on your own.

• Check out from the hotel and continue to visit one of the biggest outdoor museums in Ghana. It is situated on several acres of land in Ada and its name is derived from the Akan Adinkra symbol, the Nkyinkim symbol, which means Twist and Turns. The museum is an evolving art installation/monument of sculptured pieces, portraying the story of African slave trade and the resilience of our ancestors.
